Kevin Harvick charges past Jimmie Johnson on final lap for dramatic win at California
FONTANA, Calif. ? With the checkered flag waving, Kevin Harvick squeezed by Jimmie Johnson on the outside of Turn 4 to snatch the win at the Auto Club 400. In the spring race at two-mile Auto Club Speedway a year ago, Harvick found himself in a nearly identical situation, chasing Johnson for the win late in the race. But Harvick put his car into the wall and had to settle for second. This year would be different.
