CONCORD, N.C. ? In two of his three Sprint Cup victories this year, Kevin Harvick has passed Dale Earnhardt Jr. for the win. The first time, at Martinsville earlier this year, Harvick simply had a better car. The second time, at Charlotte on Sunday night, he had just enough gas to pass Earnhardt Jr., who ran out of fuel on the last lap.
