With Paul Menard winning the Brickyard 400, it marked the fourth time this year that there was a first-time winner, something not seen in the Cup Series since 2007.
Trevor Bayne, Regan Smith, David Ragan and Menard all have won for the first time in 2011. They might not want to look back and see what happened to the first-time winners of 2007.
