Sudden impact: Move to multiple green-white-checkered finishes had big effect in 2010
When NASCAR officials amended their green-white-checkered rule prior to the start of the 2010 Sprint Cup Series season, they likely didn?t anticipate it having a major impact so quickly. But it took only one race for the move to be felt.
