Offseason therapy: Denny Hamlin returns to the basketball court

LAS VEGAS ? Denny Hamlin, whose 2010 season was defined in part by his gutty performance following knee surgery in April, has returned to the basketball court. Hamlin, an avid basketball player, had surgery March 31 to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. Just 10 days later, Hamlin completed the entire race at Phoenix International Raceway and then just 19 days later he won at Texas Motor Speedway en route to his runnerup finish in points.
