Crew chief Paul Wolfe hopes approach that won Nationwide Series title helps make Brad Keselowski successful in Cup

Though he had not won a race as a crew chief until the 2010 Nationwide Series season, Paul Wolfe has had plenty of success helping a variety of drivers perform better than many thought they would.

He did it at Fitz Motorsports, Braun Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing and CJM Racing before going to Penske Racing last year, where he led Brad Keselowski to victory and to the Nationwide Series championship.
